TV channels are broadcasting murder cases very day in very detail. How a viscim was killed, how a victim was cut into pieces, how the body was found, etc. etc. Also, there are many suicides of kids in Japan. The method of suicide is broadcasted every time. Are these really necessary? Maybe we would like to know when, who was killed and may be who is a suspect. However, other information is just to attract audience's curiosity, and to gain program rating.
Those boadcasts terrifies us, but at the same time we are accustomed to it. Especially young kids are affected very much. I want TV producers to think about what is to be broadcasted and what should not be.

Diet Complication
One of the cabinet members of Japan , Mr. Yanagisawa, remarked that a woman is a machine to give birth". Because of the remark, Japan regular diet meeting is tangled with the protest of the opposition parties and female diet members.
Now, the diet meeting is continuing, and most of opposition parties boycott the meeting to show their protest to the remark of Mr. Yanagisawa and request deposition of him.
Because of the boycott, the governing party is able to have the Diet pass legislation easily.
This is not something new. Everytime I see this, I would like to say people boycotting the meeting must return their wage. To me, this activity is a type of strike, and we company emploee are not payed when we do strike. I cannot bear this wast of our tax.

Wild species
A few days ago, I saw a TV program. It's in Africa or South-East Asia or South America, or wherever. People are saving injured wild animals. It is a big task to help the injuries of animals heal, but after that there is another task. They try to get the animals back to wild environment. To do that they try not to tame the animals as much as possible. Because, if they do, they say it will be harder or sometimes impossible for the animals to go back to their world. They are wild creatures. Wild creatures cannot lead happy life in civilized world. Even though they may starve, or eaten by carnivora, that is nature.
This reminds me one thing. Humanitarian support. This is a little different story, but reminds me anyway. Industrialized countries send people to less industrial counties to help them out of starving, HIV or whatever. If the citizens of those county are capable of living themselves after they are recovered from disaster, the help has effect. To the contraly, most of them seem to me that even during they are starved, they keep on giving birth to new lives to create more starving. It is useless to help, or it makes situation worse to help by increasing population and in a long term consuming more energy, creating more desert, and so on.
In a sense, they are wild creatures. Because of may reasons, they are not custmized enough to the industralized environment. If they do not understand the meaning of birth control, there nees some way to control population. Starvation, killing each other, those are what mother nature gave us as a way of population control.
Getting civilized must not be a easy work. Western countries civilized themselves taking long time, learning side effect of civilization during the way. However, countries following them are civilizing too fast. They just absorb the result of long history without learning side effects, hidden danger, etc. This gives them unbalanced population, disparity in the welth, polution, accident, and war with WMD ending up destroying the earth. We have to be patient to let them came the same way at the same speed that the civilized countries came. If too many population makes them starve, let it do so. If they massacre among them selves, let them do so. All we have to do is seal them inside so that any evil interaction between in an out of the seal may not happen. To give lukewarm hand is making things worse.
I know humanitarian support is not only based on humanity, but to obtain right of oil, the other natural resources, and sometimes geopolitical reasons. But, the we are almost at the limit. We do not have luxury of fighting among human being.Recently, I sometimes dream that mother nature is really angly about human being that are not trying to preserve the earth environment. HIV, SARS, chicken influenza, awful wether. If these are not effective enough, our descendants will be all die off.
